Intermediate / Advanced
- Bridge-up, kick-over (F & BR)
- Back Extension Roll (S & BR)
- Dive forward roll (FR)
- Back walkover (BR)
- Front walkover (F & FR)
- Front handspring (FR)
- Back handspring down wedge (BR)
- Back handspring (BR)
Side Aerial (SR) and Roundoff back handspring (SR & FR)
